Description:

Design, develop and implement both traditional classroom-style and online training programs for Business Systems Applications. Perform training needs-analysis and develop curriculum and courses that adhere to adult learning principles while appealing to all types of learners. Possess confidence in business knowledge allowing you to communicate and consult with clients. Develop course and training materials that meets instructional design standards adding creativity and style to motivate adult learners. Demonstrate process and system step-by-step documentation ability. Work in either a team environment or independently at Client Sites. Develop complete user and instructor guides. Conduct training events utilizing all delivery methods for participants from our clients' business community. | |

Requirements:

Degree
in Instructional Design, Education or Business Experience Equivalent.
Experience in designing systems training for End Users. Online Instructional Design and/or development. Training Experience a plus. |
