		Ameritech TrainPeople provided Instructional Design and Training services during a Sales Force Automation system implementation.

		Bombardier Motor Corporation of America TrainPeople continues to maintain an ongoing relationship with this client. We have worked with Bombardier providing Instructional Design and Training for a new web-enabled Dealer support application. We provided Call Center support to Dealers during the implementation of the application and turned over support to BMCA's Canadian office. We performed a process improvement study and implementation for the Telecom department to streamline the accounts payable processes. We continue to provide staff augmentation for Network, Hardware and Software support.

		Cherry Electric TrainPeople performed the instructional design for modules during a JD Edwards ERP implementation.

		Cintas (formerly Uniforms to You) TrainPeople provided Instructional Design and Training services during a proprietary ERP system implementation.

		Dean Foods TrainPeople provided an Instructional Designer to capture and publish a custom Change Management Implementation Guide and presentation for their JD Edwards ERP system implementation.

		Discover Financial Services TrainPeople associates participate in project work involving our Instructional Design and Training services for their Leadership Development workshops. We are also designing and developing a training administration database to assist in the management of the workshops.

		DSC Logistics TrainPeople instructional designers assisted DSC in creating training materials for a Supply Chain Management inquiry system, which is accessed by both their clients and customer service associates.

		Loyola University TrainPeople has just completed the design and delivery of a series of custom workshops in change management and process mapping. The workshops assisted participants in conducting process improvement studies within their own departments.

		Outboard Marine Corporation (OMC) Maintained a long-term relationship with client. Performed Instructional Design and Training services for both proprietary and packaged software implementations including a detailed ERP implementation of JD Edwards. TrainPeople professionals have conducted process improvement and change management studies for the OMC Boat Companies, as well as the evaluation, creation and staff augmentation of a Call Center to support their business systems. We also provided staff augmentation for Network, Hardware and Software support.

		Rand McNally We assisted client in implementing a new DSD Pen hardware unit while helping to capture process and policies for all business applications. We then provided Instructional Design and training for PC Basics and Outlook Email training.

		Reynolds & Reynolds (formerly Duplex Products) TrainPeople provided Instructional Design for a proprietary Order Entry system.

		R.R. Donnelley Our instructional designers were involved in projects associated with the Print Communications workshops, the implementation of a print industry ERP system and the complete design of the strategic Change Management Implementation Guide.

		Siemens Medical Solutions TrainPeople's creative designers completed the instructional and creative design for a marketing campaign.

		Turtlewax Maintain an ongoing client relationship for projects that utilize our instructional design and training services. We have provided services for the process and policy implementation of their business applications, a Windows XP conversion and other proprietary software training.

Retail Client
Maintain an ongoing long-term relationship with client in various departments.
- As part of the marketing department we have provided a full range of services from Instructional Design and Training to Call Center Staff Augmentation for the implementation of a proprietary planning and pricing system. We provided database development to streamline the training administration and to produce management reports. TrainPeople professionals conducted a Process Improvement study and implementation to increase effectiveness of all job functions within the planning cycle of marketing. We also created a database to measure and control the process of price integrity.
- Reuter's has also provided Call Center support during a recent implementation of a reporting software product used to view reports in all retail outlets.
- In the Planning organization we performed a business study and implementation of an Item Attribute Project.

Manufacturing Client
Maintain an ongoing project-based relationship with client providing services that include Instructional Design and Training. We assisted this client in preparing Change Management guidance and communication during an ERP system implementation. We then designed and delivered the training for all modules of the application.
