Process
Improvement Visio Charts
TrainPeople
engaged in a performance improvement study that resulted in
a new process flow for marketing and 4 key positions within
each merchandise department. The study was prepared by conducting
interviews and system evaluation as well as business user
input. 'As is' and 'to be' processes were documented in Visio
charts and presented to senior management. The study resulted
in process changes within the entire organization with overall
savings in efficiencies and organizational structure.

Learning Strategy
TrainPeople
was presented with a challenge to develop a plan to move some
of the traditional classroom style training to an online,
self-paced delivery method. A study of the current curriculum
was made and the recommendation of new modules and learning
courses resulted in a new learning strategy for this client.

has been involved in assisting our clients navigate through
major organizational changes. Most of our change management
projects have resulted in the education of the business community.
When change is initiated, communication and training must
be apparent throughout the organization.

Call
Center Evaluation
One
of our clients suspected they needed a formal Call Center
to field support calls from their corporate and remote locations.
TrainPeople was asked to evaluate their suspicions, conduct a
needs analysis and provide a formal recommendation for creation
and staff augmentation plans to implement quickly. We were
able to accomplish this task and staff the call center during
the pilot implementation.
