Orientation
We have designed and implemented an E Orientation program
for all of the TrainPeople's new employees. A new employee can
learn about our company and complete all of the necessary
hiring and benefit forms prior to the first day of work. Our
orientation includes a "Meet the Clients" section,
where background and client information can be obtained.
Sales
Reporting Database
TrainPeople has developed a number of databases to assist our clients
in streamlining work processes. We have been successful in developing
tools that help individuals automate their work processes increasing
productivity and efficiency.

Hours Entry/Reporting
We have designed, developed and implemented our own Employee
Management system, which is connected, to our Employee web site.
We track and report hours worked and produce client reports
for invoicing.
Training
Administration Database
Training administration and tracking can be a nightmare without
the aid of an efficient database. We have developed and customized
numerous databases that track participants, trainers, workshops
and registrations. We have developed customized reports allowing
for our clients to track all aspects of training events.
Online
Certification Test
In order to certify all of our students at one of our client
sites, an online test was developed and implemented over the
company Intranet. Participants and their scores were collected
in a database and key concepts that were missed during training
were discovered. At the same time, reports were distributed
to senior management to review compliance and competency.
